Under the Volcanoes

The Colima and Jalisco tour begins at the coast, where birding can be good right on the hotel grounds.
Birding on quiet roads in the lowland forest we should see…

We’ll move inland to the volcanoes, whose peaks dominate the region. Here, the Volcan de Fuego…

…the delightful Red Warbler…
…the handsome Chestnut-sided Shrike-Vireo…
